Dr. Raghvendra Mall is a computational biologist and applied machine learning researcher at the Technology Innovation Institute, U.A.E, specializing in multi-omics data integration and advanced computational immunology. His expertise spans data sciences, systems biology, structural biology, and complex networks with a primary focus on developing innovative computational methods to extract meaningful biological insights from complex biomedical datasets. With a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and a robust portfolio of research grants, open-access codes, and patents, Dr. Mall has made significant contributions to biomedical research. He has been recognized as a Top 30 Early Career Professional by IEEE Computer Society and has led award-winning teams in challenging scientific competitions, including the Anti-PD1 Response Prediction DREAM Challenge. His primary research interests include the role of PANoptosis in cancer, deep learning for protein property prediction (focusing on solubility, crystallization, and toxicity), and computational network biology involving differential network analysis, gene regulatory network reconstruction, and disease module identification in cellular networks.
