Annual Transparency Report

ScienceBank Publishing Society is committed to showing its members and the public exactly how the Society is funded and how that funding is used.

When published, the report will cover four areas:

• Financial overview — total revenue and expenditure by category (editorial payments, production, AI costs, infrastructure, administration).
• Publication statistics — articles submitted, accepted, and rejected, and acceptance rates by community.
• Membership statistics — members by tier, growth, and geographic distribution by region.
• AI usage statistics — aggregate AI tool usage, with no per-user data.

We publish this report because a member-led society should be accountable to its members.
