Jooyeol Kim

Independent scholar and founder of Jooyeol Kim Research, conducting interdisciplinary research in labor and employment relations, public policy, institutional governance, political communication, and AI governance. My research focuses on institutional incentives, organizational behavior, accountability, and the conceptual foundations of social science research. I have experience reviewing academic submissions for AoIR 2026 (5 submissions) and the ICA 2026 Human–Machine Communication Preconference (2 submissions). I am available for peer review in relevant areas, with particular interests in conceptual clarity, theoretical coherence, methodological appropriateness, and the alignment between research questions, evidence, and conclusions.
