Who can book a webinar with ScienceBank?
Companies — biotech, medtech, instrumentation and pharma — as well as research communities, societies, institutions and funders. Member communities get two produced sessions a year at no cost; corporate sessions are quoted individually.
How far ahead do we need to book?
Four weeks is comfortable for a single session and eight for a multi-track conference stream. We reply to every enquiry within two working days with the earliest slot we can hold.
Do attendees pay?
All registered ScienceBank members attend for free. Sponsored and community-hosted sessions are priced by the host, though most choose to keep them open and free to access.
Who owns the recording?
You do. We publish it open access on your behalf, and you keep the rights — the same terms as an article.
What platform do you stream on?
We stream using Zoom, embedded in the community dashboard, with live captions and a moderated Q&A queue. No account or download is needed to watch.
