    Institution, size, and what you publish. We reply within two working days.

  2. Agree seats and a package

    Standard from 20 seats, Plus from 40, Enterprise from 100 — guides, not minimums. One annual invoice.

  3. Your researchers claim their seats

    With a verified institutional affiliation or a verified institutional email. Nothing to set up on your side.

  4. Grow when you need to

    Add seats mid-term, pro-rated to renewal. Renews annually; adjust seats at renewal.

Every seat carries full Society membership. The seat bands are pricing guides, not minimums; per-seat pricing is quoted per group and gets cheaper as the group grows.

Who can claim a seat?

Any researcher with a verified affiliation to your institution, or a verified institutional email, while seats remain.

Can we add seats mid-term?

Yes. Added seats are billed pro-rated to the renewal date.

How do we pay?

One annual invoice: card, bank transfer, or purchase order on Enterprise.

What if someone already has an individual membership?

They can’t hold both. A researcher with an individual membership can switch to your group seat: they cancel the individual membership (refunded pro rata) and claim the seat. Nothing switches automatically.

How do researchers prove they belong to our institution?

By adding your institution as a verified affiliation on their profile, or by verifying an institutional email address. Nothing to set up on your side.

What happens at renewal?

The package renews annually. We confirm the renewal with your billing contact in advance, and seat counts can be adjusted at renewal.
