National School of Architecture

Asia Lachir is an Associate Professor at the National School of Architecture of Agadir (ENAA), Morocco, where she teaches and conducts research in sustainable architecture and urban environmental design. Her research focuses on urban climate and urban heat islands, building energy efficiency, thermal comfort, climate-resilient architecture and urban planning, and the impacts of extreme heat on urban environments and health. Her work combines environmental modelling, remote sensing, building simulation, and climate-sensitive design approaches to support more sustainable, resilient, and climate-adaptive cities. https://orcid.org/0000-0002-5460-3240
