Abdelmonaem Messaoudi, PhD, HDR is an Associate Professor and researcher specializing in bioinformatics, computational biology, microbiology, antimicrobial resistance, and computational drug discovery. His research focuses on sequence and structural bioinformatics, host–pathogen interactions, AI/ML applications in biomedical research, and the discovery and repurposing of antibacterial compounds against antibiotic-resistant pathogens, particularly ESKAPE pathogens. He has over 18 years of teaching and research experience and has published in peer-reviewed international journals. He also serves as a scientific peer reviewer in microbiology, bioinformatics, antimicrobial resistance, and related biomedical fields.
