Submitting your work

Submitting to ScienceBank takes minutes. Upload your manuscript and our tools extract the metadata for you; you confirm and submit. Choose the community that fits your field — each has its own scope and review model.

Files you must upload

Upload the manuscript body as one file, and upload every figure and every table as its own separate file — even when they also appear inside the manuscript body. Separate files are what preserve the integrity of your submission through peer review, typesetting, and publication.

Peer review

Communities use single-blind, double-blind, open, or post-publication review. Every review is constructive and annotation-based. You will always know which model a community uses before you submit.

Integrity checks

Every submission runs through a similarity check before review, so editors and authors start from a shared, transparent baseline.

Licensing

Publish under the open licence your community supports — CC-BY, CC-BY-SA, or CC-BY-NC.

After you submit

You can track your manuscript's status at every step — desk check, review, decision, and publication — from your dashboard.
